On January 14, 2020, Microsoft will end support for Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7. Computers running either of these operating systems will continue to work after that date, so this isn't a hard deadline that will cause services to break on that date. Microsoft will stop providing regular security updates for these operating systems after that date; however, Microsoft has historically provided for severe security problems even after support is officially ended, and Pinnacle has multiple layers of security in place that mitigate any risk over a short term.

Pinnacle will work with you on a plan to migrate your Windows 7/Windows Server 2008 systems to the latest operating systems (Windows 10/Windows Server 2019) in the first half of 2020 to ensure that your infrastructure is stable and secure.
